JPF(M) series air-box pulse bag explosion-proof dust collector is a new type of high-efficiency bag dust collector developed by our company on the basis of introducing Fuller technology from America and absorbing the technical advantages of similar products from Germany. It combines the advantages of divided chamber backblowing and jet pulse bag filter, overcomes the deficiency of insufficient kinetic energy of dust removal by divided chamber backblowing and the defects of jet pulse dust removal and filtration at the same time, and expands the application range of bag dust removal equipment. JSD(FB) series air-box pulse bag explosion-proof dust collector adopts specially designed explosion-proof device, which provides a safety guarantee for the dust collector's application under the working conditions with explosive possibility, such as coal powder preparation. JPF(M) series air box pulse bag explosion-proof dust collector is mainly used in cement, mining, chemical industry and other industries of coal mill dust collector, can also be used as other dust removal medium with explosion-proof requirements of dust removal equipment.

1. Adapt to high concentration dust removal. The highest concentration of the entrance can reach 1000/Nm page without setting such as cyclone dust collector and other dust removal equipment, can be directly used as the ultimate treatment dust removal equipment.

Adopting sub-chamber off-line deashing technology to carry out sub-chamber backblowing pulse deashing, which not only avoids the phenomenon of dust flying and "re-adsorption" in online deashing production, but also does not affect the normal continuous operation of the equipment under operating conditions, improves the deashing effect and prolonging the service life of the filter bag.
