First, the preparation work before installation

1. Check whether all parts of the equipment are complete according to the delivery list.

2. Prepare all kinds of tools for equipment installation, such as lifting tools, oxygen, acetylene, welding machine, etc.

3. Prepare all kinds of materials needed for installation, such as steel plate, 20 # channel steel, non-standard fan pipe, etc.

Two, the installation of equipment

(1) Basic arrangement of equipment

1, for the new equipment, or open mill to closed mill, according to the process layout, equipment shape size for basic wiring. If the concrete foundation is used, the steel plate should be embedded according to the size of the equipment. To save costs, steel supports can also be used to lay the foundation of the equipment.

2. For the transformation of closed-circuit mill, after removing the original centrifugal powder separator and double-rotor powder separator, the T-SEPAx high-efficiency eddy current powder separator can be directly arranged in the original base position. Due to the large size of the hole reserved for the installation of the original equipment, it is directly combined with 20 # channel steel to make the "well" frame as the foundation. The square side length of the "well" frame is the diameter of the shell at the inlet position of the T-SEPAx efficient eddy current separator.

Sometimes, the transformation of centrifugal powder separator will encounter the problem of insufficient plant height. Because of the small size of the T-SEPAx efficient eddy current separator, the T-SEPAx efficient eddy current separator can be directly installed in the reserved hole, with steel support as the foundation.

(2) Installation steps

1. Bolt connection between the lower inlet shell of the T-SEPAx efficient eddy current separator and the lower coarse powder cone, pay attention to the position of the three eyes, and do a good job of sealing lifting on the "well" frame with asbestos rope, and fix the flange part of the lower cone with four supporting feet. Ensure that the large flange of the lower cone is basically level. The four support feet are not welded to the "well" frame.

Note: (1) The air inlet should be clockwise; Align the air inlet with the fan port.

2. Place the air guide cone and medium coarse powder pipe in the air inlet shell, otherwise the main machine cannot be installed after being installed.

Note: the small head of the air cone is on the top, and the medium coarse powder pipe passes through the air cone. Easy to install below.

3. Lift the main machine of THE T-SEPAx efficient eddy current classifier, and connect it with the bolt of the lower air inlet shell, pay attention to the three-eye position, and seal it with asbestos rope.

The host part of t-SEPAX high-efficiency powder separator above TS1000 needs to be installed on site due to the restriction of transportation height.

4. When lifting the four cyclone cylinders of T-SEPAX efficient eddy current classifier, it shall be sealed with asbestos rope when bolted to the four air outlets of the host machine.

Note: the serial number of the cyclone barrel should be consistent with the serial number of the four air outlets of the main engine.

5. After the main machine is installed, check with the level instrument, and the horizontal error of the main shaft belt plate is not more than 2/1000. Then the four supporting feet of the powder selecting machine are welded in the "well" frame.

6, the installation of four cyclone barrel single hammer flap valve and the lower cone cone double hammer flap valve.

7, the production of a small cone about 0.5 tons, cone large plane and four cyclone tube is connected with the slip pipe, the Angle between the slip pipe and the horizontal plane shall not be less than 45°. The small end of the cone is connected with the conveying equipment, and the finished products are stored.

8. The double hammer flap valve is connected with the conveying equipment with the slip pipe to send the coarse powder to the grinding head. The included Angle between the pipe and the horizontal plane shall not be less than 45°.

9. Make the fan foundation with 20 # channel steel, and arrange the damping pad evenly under the fan foundation, and place the fan and motor on the foundation.

10. The air inlet pipe of the powder selecting machine must be sealed with asbestos rope between the pipe flanges. The plane under the air inlet of the powder classifier and the plane under the air outlet of the fan must be on a horizontal plane.

Note: the shock cushion of the fan must be arranged horizontally.

11. Lift two wind bifurcation pipes, which shall be sealed with asbestos rope when connected with bolt of cyclone tube.

Note: Air bifurcation pipe is connected with cyclone barrel according to serial number.

12. Connect the three air ducts.

13. Make and install fan pipes. The elbow of the air duct shall not be greater than 90°, and the length of the air duct shall be arranged as short as possible to avoid large pressure loss. (Note: before installing the pipe, mark the "on" and "off" direction of the breeze valve on the pipe)

14. Lift the spindle motor and install the spindle triangle belt. Make sure the triangle has some tension.

15. Before the air outlet of the fan and the air inlet of the host are not connected, enter the inside of the powder separator and install the air guide cone and medium coarse powder pipe.

When installing the air guide cone, the small head plane of the air guide cone is required to be 50 ~ 60mm higher than the plane under the air inlet of the classifier, and the air guide cone is supported by Angle steel.

When installing medium coarse powder pipeline, it is required that the medium coarse powder pipeline should be as close to the spreading plate as possible, and the lower vertical flange of the spreading plate should coincide as far as possible. The principle is not to interfere with the medium coarse powder pipeline when the spreading material rotates, and the medium coarse powder pipeline should be supported by Angle steel.

16. Support the cyclone barrel and the host machine with channel steel.

17. Install the electrical circuit of the equipment.

18. Gas station where the main shaft of the powder selecting machine is installed. The principle is to facilitate refueling when the powder selecting machine is in normal operation.
