Children's Birthday Parties
at the Ranch

 

Welcome

Our parties are two hours long.  You may arrive up to thirty minutes early to set up if you desire.  We will be available and happy to help in any way we can.  It's appreciated if you are able to help clean up after the party is through and please make sure to do a visual sweep of the area to ensure no personal items are left behind.  We cannot be responsible for items lost or left behind.  We are able to provide electricity if needed.

Ages

Parties are for children 5 years to 13 years old. You may bring younger or older siblings. We will allow the older kids to participate in the horse riding, but no one under the age of 5 will be allowed to ride.

This is for their safety.

We Provide

Cups, plates, utensils, napkins, refrigerator, picnic tables & table cloths. Our horses will be saddled and the children will be led around the arena for 45 minutes or more. 

You Provide

Picnic food, birthday cake & beverages. All food must be pre-made. We do not allow barbecuing.  We have electricity if you'd like to bring a crock pot or something to keep any food warm.

Rain Out Policy

Our parties are held outside. if there is an inclement weather forecast, we will discuss this with you a day ahead of your party. At that time we can make tentative plans to proceed or reschedule. You also may decide to not take a chance and choose to cancel. If rescheduling is not an option for you, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. This is for rain outs only!

Rules of Conduct

You are responsible for the safety and well being of your group. Horses are big animals. Children get excited. Please keep an eye on them. No smoking. No dogs. No alcohol.


Cost

$350 for 2 hours. 15 children maximum. $100 non-refundable deposit except for rain outs. Deposits are payable through paypal or via personal check.  Please call for specifics. If paying via personal check, your check needs to be received within three business days.  Your reservation is guaranteed upon receipt of check or Paypal. Reservations accepted & confirmed after we receive your deposit. The outstanding balance will be payable at party time. Time slots fill very quickly. It is strongly encouraged that you make reservations at least 2 -3 weeks in advance of your desired party date. We have provided a printable waiver form that must include each child's name & age. Please have a parent or guardian sign for their child. No one rides without their name on the consent form.  

Please Be on Time

We have a lot of activities scheduled for the ranch.

Example: If your party has reservations from 3-5 pm and you arrive at 3:30 pm your party still ends at 5 pm. And you will be required to pay for the full 2 (two) hour reservation.

"Children are required to bring along close toed shoes of some type ( i.e. tennis shoes, boots) and socks.  If you should happen to forget socks, we may have extras on hand, just ask.  There will be unlimited opportunities to take photos, both group and individual.  Helmets are available for use and are highly encouraged."
